Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active until the billing cycle ends. Annual subscriptions may receive a prorated refund.

Digital products and personalized readings are non-refundable once delivered. If you’re dissatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
